M. GHIATHUDDIN BIN ZAINAL ABIDIN
Managing Director
Tentrik Sdn Bhd
He joined the Royal Malaysian Navy in June 1970 and left on 31st March 1986. In the Navy, he was trained with The Royal Navy from 1970 to 1976 in United Kingdom where he obtained his degree in Electrical Engineering at Royal Naval Engineering College, Plymouth, United Kingdom.
Some of the post he held in the RMN were as Project Engineer during the building of four missile strike crafts in Kalskrova, Sweden from 1976 to 1979. Other post were as Director of the Shipbuilding Construction and Equipment and as Commandant for the Repair and Maintenance of ship at MSE, Johor Malaysia.
After leaving the service, he joined Sri Timang Sdn Bhd doing marketing of consumer goods and participation in the suppliers to government contract. In 1987, he left Sri Timang Sdn Bhd to be as the Managing Director of Tentrik Sdn Bhd. In 2004, Neural Chemical Sdn Bhd was formed. He was appointed as the Chief Operation Officer (COO) responsible for managing the fuel additive contract with Petronas.
At the moments, he is the leading the Oil & Gas Division and Broadcast Division of Tentrik Sdn Bhd.
MD. ABDUL JABAR BIN HASHIM

Having more than 30 years of diversified working experience which includes 3 years in Semi-Government and Government Sector and 25 years in Oil & Gas Sector.
Experience in overall Turnaround management from planning to execution of project having direct involvement and responsibility in management, planning, scheduling and control, project monitoring, contract administration, cost estimating, material procurement and training.
Manage and act as PETRONAS product technical resource person to Ministries, government department, semi –government agencies, authorities, other oil companies, OEMs, corporate bodies and private entities in line with global product trend, by-law and industry requirement.
Representing PETRONAS as SIRIM Technical Management Committee in fuel products specification and testing standard, Co-Chairman and Secretary for Oil Industry Technical Committee. Technical Committee for Malaysian Palm Oil Board for alternative bio-fuel and Technical Committee on Waste product disposal for Department of Environment.
Fuzai Syadriq Bin Mohamad Fuad

Engineering Division
He recently joined the company to establish a new division of Engineering & Construction. An engineer by profession, he graduated from the University of Malaya in 2003. He has vast experience in construction, with a focus on waste management and waste-to-energy projects in recent years.
After graduating, he worked as a project engineer at Spatialworks Sdn Bhd, focusing on geotechnical projects. He later moved into the Oil & Gas industry, working with RHM Sdn Bhd and MHR Engineering Sdn Bhd, where he completed various engineering and construction projects for clients such as Petronas, HESS, ExxonMobil, and Petrofac.
During this period, he was instrumental in setting up and operating one of the first Scheduled Waste Management Plants at Kemaman Port, Terengganu. Utilizing technology from Japan and Denmark, he managed and processed more than 10,000 metric tons of waste for various Oil & Gas companies using a green technology system.
Before joining Tentrik, he served as Head of the Engineering Department at Nasdeem Ventures and Greentech Axis Berhad. There, he successfully completed numerous projects involving construction and waste management, including power plants and road construction.
Mohd Hussammuddin bin Haji Adam
Chief Operating Officer
IT Division
Mohd Hussamuddin Bin Haji Adam recently joined Tentrik as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) cum IT Manager following his retirement from a distinguished career in government service. He brings with him extensive experience in corporate and administrative management, having held several high-ranking positions in various government departments.
He holds a Diploma in Police Management from a local university and has successfully led numerous departments and projects throughout his career. With his strong leadership background and strategic insight, he now oversees business development and administrative operations at Tentrik.
His addition to the team strengthens the company's management structure, supporting its growth and enhancing operational efficiency as Tentrik continues to expand in engineering, construction, and environmental solutions.
